We received both the Air and Sea in Egypt at more or less the same time (5-6 October). The air-freight has been delivered and sea freight is undergoing customs clearance.

We and many of my colleagues are very surprised to learn that our Sea freight arrived only a couple of weeks after leaving India. This is an excellent achievement.

Our accommodation will be ready end of this month, at the same time as the expected delivery of the sea freight. This is fantastic news as we can settle in the new assignment just 1-month after arriving into Egypt.

First of all thank you very much helping coordinate the customs clearance and delivery of my shipment from the US to Chennai. It was a very pleasant experience. All activities were well coordinated and executed. Your assistance in custom clearance through the POA was particularly helpful given my tight work schedule. Overall, I found your service to be very efficient, prompt and responsive. One area for suggestion would be for folks in the field to respond to phone calls more promptly - case in point Ravi Shankar - he could never be reached. Another suggestion would be for better coordination between Chennai office and Delhi office. Someone from Chennai wanted me to give all the delivery information again when I had provided the same to you via email. Other than these two observations, the overall service was very good.

I particularly appreciate your attention responsiveness to the overall process. I enjoyed working with you and would rate your level of customer service as high. Thank you for all your support in this regard.
